Problem Statement & Objective
LunarLab projects take around 2 – 6 weeks to complete. Because these projects move quickly and have many moving parts, clients need regular status updates to see where they are in the process. Currently, there is little daily visibility which means that either clients must ask for updates or LunarLab must send them (which means many ad-hoc messages cluttering inboxes).
The Mission Control app allows clients to see continuous updates about their project’s status and details. It provides a layer of visibility and transparency into the work so that clients know their projects are in great hands. It also allows LunarLab to solicit feedback and understand client preferences to improve the overall client experience.
